Do you take insurance?
I am on one insurance panel - Concern EAP. Please see "Fees and Payments" page for more information.
Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, I'm accepting new clients at my Benicia office on Fridays and Mondays. My Alameda practice is currently full. Due to the COVID-19 shelter in place I'm meeting all clients remotely until further notice.
How are you seeing clients considering COVID-19?
I have been meeting clients remotely since April 6th. I'm still accepting new clients in Benicia but am beginning those relationships remotely until the shelter in place lifts and the COVID-19 curve flattens.
What are your hours?
I'm in Alameda on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1PM to 7PM and in Benicia on Monday and Friday from 10AM to 6PM. I also provide phone and video sessions Monday through Friday between 9AM-7PM. I do not offer weekend appointments.
What is the best way to contact you?
Please call (415) 375-0414 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Rarely am I able to fill a cancelled session unless I know at least 24 hours ahead of time. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice, I charge the full fee for your missed session. Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
Do you prescribe medication?
I am not a psychiatrist or medical doctor and cannot prescribe medication. I have a network of providers I can recommend if you want to explore medication as an option, including functional medicine.
Do you offer phone or video sessions?
Yes, I offer both phone and video sessions aka Telehealth. Because my license is state specific I can only offer Telehealth to California residents.
